Our services

Painting plants is the main specialization of our company. We are desigening and building industrial plants of various kinds, starting from powder and liquid painting, ending with static painting ovens, washing and pre-treatment tunnels and automated impregnation plants . Also we manufactures monorail transport systems with descenders, various types of pre-treatment tunnels and painting booths customized according to the various production needs of our customers.

Components

The construction of our painting systems is carried out using only selected materials from Italian partners that meet high quality standards to ensure maximum reliability of the projects realised. In addition, to ensure the availability and guarantee of each individual part over the years, we only install components from solid, well-established companies. This allows us to realise projects that work for decades without any particular breakdowns or problems.

Types

Our company designs and builds entire chains of machinery, either incorporated into the single plant or used separately as stand-alone components or parts of existing plants. These include various types of drying ovens, monorail and two-rail conveyors with descenders, washing and pre-treatment tunnels, immersion painting tanks, and booths of various types and sizes for both liquid and water-based painting with innovative suction technology with special fans that do not require the use of a water pump, which can get clogged up.

Typologies

Our company studies and manufactures an entire chain of machinery both combined in the single plant and used separately as autonomous components or parts of existing plants. Among these are various types of drying ovens, monorail and birail conveyors with descenders, washing and pre-treatment tunnels, tanks for immersion painting, booths of various types and sizes for both liquid and water veil painting with the innovative suction technology with special fans that do not require the use of a water pump that can get clogged.

Large plants

A few years ago we took part in the construction of one of the largest painting plant for a customer whose production site is in the Veneto region in the province of Padua.

It is a two-rail painting plant with double loading and unloading stations, with 3 booths for painting components and a production speed of 3 meters per minute, with a 350 m 2 bell-shaped polymerization oven for pieces with a length of 6 meters and a weight 500 kg/each.

Piece pre-treatment tunnel

The most important thing in the powder system is that there is a very deep and accurate washing of the material to be painted. It is very important that a particular initial cleaning treatment is carried out, otherwise the powder does not adhere well to the piece.

This means not only poor quality of the painted surface, but also a noticeable decrease in its strength and durability.

The resistance of the painting is closely linked to the chemical agents used in this washing and degreasing phase.

Powder booth

Powder painting is a particular process where paint is sprayed using special guns and the powder adheres to the piece to be treated with an electrostatic effect.

This booth is very important in the general structure because it must allow the application of powders in the right quantity: neither too little nor too much.

The resistance of the painting is closely linked to the chemical agents used in this washing and degreasing phase.

Liquid painting systems

  • A liquid painting plant is used to apply solvent-based or water-based liquid paints on the parts to be treated, which can be metal, plastic or wooden parts.
  • In a liquid painting plant the fundamental component is the painting booth, in fact the painting of the product takes place in the booth which can be done in various ways:
    – the paint is sprayed using manual or automatic robot guns
    – by painting robot
    – dip painting, where the piece is dipped in a vat containing paint.
    – flow coating, thanks to a spray pump the article is painted and the excess paint is recovered.
  • In addition to the cabin, a washing tunnel can be added to the plant to eliminate any dirt or, for example, processing oil from metal parts, and a drying oven to dry the product and a drying oven to rapidly dry the paint, all connected via overhead conveyor which can be monorail.
  • Assembly, testing and assistance technique are carried out by our specialized technicians. We devote particular attention to the education of our customers’ personnel, providing them with a theoretical and practical course during the testing works and, if necessary, organizing “pre-testing” internships at our operating plants. This practice allows our customers, who are using industrial painting systems for the first time, to start production immediately after testing.

POLYMERISATION FURNACES AND DRYING OVENS

The firing of the paint, also called the polymerization process, takes place in this oven. At high temperatures the molecules of the powder melt and bind together, thus forming a surface coating layer. Baking is a second very important point of the powder coating plant. For the paint to solidify, the piece must reach a minimum of 180°-190°C and remain in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Drying oven

Before being painted, the piece must be perfectly dry, otherwise, in the following phases, water residues will ruin the paint. The low quality oven, in addition to not drying the details well, consumes a lot of gas energy. In our ovens we have managed to obtain a yield of almost 90% thanks to the special joints, the insulated panels and above all the heat exchanger of our own invention.

Industrial furnaces

We design and manufacture industrial ovens or static ovens suitable for every need, our ovens are constructed in various sizes and with various insulation thicknesses depending on the size of the workpieces to be processed and the temperature at which they are to be used, heating can be by means of a heat exchanger fired by methane gas or LPG or by means of electric resistances.

Immersion painting

It is a classic type of painting of cast iron in foundries, cylinder heads and gearboxes.

Dip painting is among the simplest types of painting that exists in the world. It means taking a piece and dipping it in a special tub of colour. It is very important that the piece is perfectly clean and dry before placing it in the tank.

The piece immersed in the colour must remain for 1-2 minutes in the tank, then it rises and must drip. This implies the adoption of a chute thanks to which the paint falls back into the tank.

After dripping, the usual passivation and firing of the colour takes place. The oven temperature depends on the type of paint and use of the piece.

Galvanization

We are engaged in the development and production of electroplating plants in cooperation with European companies.
From design to testing, production is carried out entirely in-house.
All stages are constantly subjected to quality control in order to guarantee our customers highly efficient solutions.
The features that make our systems truly unique are the careful selection of materials to ensure maximum reliability and safety, the search for innovative solutions aimed at saving energy, reducing operating costs and respecting the environment, and the careful analysis of the technical and economic needs of the customer, which allows us to offer tailored solutions.
Painting line guarantees its customers accurate and timely after-sales service.
Moreover, thanks to our cooperation with leading national and international university institutes to develop innovative research projects, we can guarantee our customers the best available technology.
